Hi Jatin,

You are running this as root, which isn’t necessary. It may be that you added 
JAVA_HOME to your personal ~/.bashrc file but not to the root user’s .bashrc 
file.  Also, check from the command line that $JAVA_HOME is set.

I'm getting JAVA_HOME variable not set error while executing airavata_server.sh
Even i've added JAVA_HOME to ~/.bashrc.
