http://airavata.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Own-WSO2-IS-Configuration/ There is a section near the bottom of the page above step 4 regarding configuring the MailTransportSender. Looking at your log, that's the place the error is getting generated. For more details, read the previous mails in the thread which should help you to fix your issue.
