So, we had a hangout session and the issue of sending mail was solved, one problem was that earlier I was entering OAuth client and OAuth secret of default admin user not the tenant I had created and other one was I entered the wrong username in axis2.xml. Also, in the documentation the section "Link airavata and PGA" is only mentioned in the MAC OS section and I missed it because of that and didn't change the airavata port to "9930" and the PGA was not connected to airavata server instance.
So,I guess that section should be put in end for all the installations.
