Sneha, The logs indicate a Thrift transport error – something went wrong while starting the API server. If I can guess right, since you have “TLS” enabled for the API server; you might want to re-confirm the truststore and keystore paths defined in the settings file. In my experience, either this path(s) is broken or the password for the key/trust store do not match.
A second possibility is, the ports are in use.
