Usually this happens when there is a network issue. Please retry with different compute resource if Expanse is not reachable for some reason.

On processing the input file (neopentanediol.inp) in Gaussian16 and launching the experiment, it shows the status as a failure. But with the same input file, Aishwarya can run the experiment successfully. Please refer to the attached file for the experiment failure log and do needful.
