I think Arthur is looking into it. The issue is that when building the docs we need to have all the libs installed or some modules can't be loaded/inspected. Some of the libs are not trivial to install.
Arthur suggested a blanked approach using the mock library. That way people building the docs don't need to install libs that may be tricky to install like cx_Oracle.
