Question about airflow scheduler

Hi Airflow team,

To run "airflow scheduler", you can specify an argument "SCHEDULER_RUNS"
Something like "airflow scheduler -n ${SCHEDULER_RUNS}".

What it's used for ?
Side effects when setting it to un-limit ?
