Dear All,

I am planning to switch the travis builds to use ubuntu trusty 14.04. Until now
we have been using the dockerized infrastructure that uses ubuntu precise
(12.04). There are two reasons for switching. 1) the dockerized infrastructure
does not allow sudo. This limits the ability the test some integrations, like
kerberos but also celery 2) precise is getting really outdated, meaning we have
to do all kind of updates to the environment before we can start the testing.

One drawback to the dockerized infrastructure is that startup time might be a
bit longer, but until I have been able to start every build in 30secs.

Unfortunately, just switching to trusty has resulted in failed builds. I hope
to track these down soon and the migrate the main airflow repo.
