When there is a search help message (`#search-ticket-help-msg`) and the ticket
table is too wide, it gets pushed off to the right and is not visible.
Sort parameters may be set to "sort=None%2Cticket_num_i+asc" The None isn't
correct in there, and throws an error on very old versions of solr.
