Hi, even if in [Field Management][] I can read
>Options (separate with spaces; **quote if containing spaces**; prefix with *
>to set a default)
and it works in [New Tickets][], it doesn't work well in [Bulk Edit][], so text
is shown in more than one line and I can see quotes, too.
