It looks like there is an issue when an spam review / negative(1 star review)
is made on a project. While marking the review as spam works fine, the issue is
the overall rating still shows the review:

I'm just referencing this because it was mentioned in the ticket:

It does look like this issue or a version of this has been address, but it was
from a while ago.
