If you download a file from a repo (example:
https://sourceforge.net/p/compilibre/code/ci/master/tree/COMPILIBRE-source/COMPILIBRE/installer/Cliquez%20ici%20pour%20d%C3%A9marrer%20COMPILIBRE.bat)
it saves with just the first part of the name "Cliquez". We provide an HTTP
header `Content-Disposition: attachment;filename=Cliquez ici pour démarrer
COMPILIBRE.bat` but I think we need quotes around the filename= value.
