I agree we don't need the CONTRIBUTING file. We have a [Contributing Code] wiki page too! (It does have some info about code style that we don't have in the docs page yet). I cleaned that up as well as a few other minor things. --- ** [tickets:#7915] Move Allura installation instructions into the docs** **Status:** closed **Milestone:** unreleased **Labels:** sf-2 sf-current 42cc **Created:** Thu Jul 09, 2015 04:45 PM UTC by Heith Seewald **Last Updated:** Mon Aug 03, 2015 06:37 PM UTC **Owner:** Igor Bondarenko Most info is found in our main docs, but the installation section is just a link to an external markdown file(s). Moving it directly into the docs will add consistency and should provide a better experience for new users. We should move the [*step-by-step*](https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/git/ci/master/tree/INSTALL.markdown) and the [*docker guide*](https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/git/ci/master/tree/INSTALL-docker.markdown) into [*this section*](https://forge-allura.apache.org/docs/getting_started/installation.html) of the docs. --- Sent from forge-allura.apache.org because [email protected] is subscribed to https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/tickets/ To unsubscribe from further messages, a project admin can change settings at https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/admin/tickets/options.
