For a lot of edit boxes, we have a "preview" both at the top and bottom. While
that makes sense for very long edit boxes (like wiki), for places like tickets,
that's a *lot* of Preview buttons. eg. http://screencast.com/t/sz61qH8NtOc0
4 preview buttons on the same page seems a bit excessive, no?
