I have a thread with a reply sitting in it awaiting moderation. There are image
attachments, and I can see the image attachments. I mean, even as a logged-out
user, not being the moderator. It literally says "post awaiting moderation.

Attachments shouldn't be visible on posts awaiting moderation.
