Apache Infrastructure has provisioned for us a new VM that we can use to run forge-allura.apache.org It is faster hardware and Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (instead of 12.02) Nothing is running on it now. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10529 for some details.
I have sudo access on this box and any other PMC members can be added. I can help you through the process to get added, just let me know. We will need to copy over our data, and configurations and get everything running on it, before we switch the site over to that VM. I think we should try doing everything with Docker Compose, or at least as much as we can.
