However, feeds for individual posts should include the comments to that post. Currently the comment thread logic across all tool types goes through the `Thread.post_to_feed` function. We'll need to evaluate if other tools besides blog (like wiki and tickets) should work the same, or if they should continue to include comments (or have an option to do either). The `post_to_feed` method adds comment posts in the same format as news posts, so we'll need to add a way to distinguish between them.
