When someone edits a ticket (or merge request) and the status, description, or other fields change, then Allura automatically makes a comment. This is the "meta" comment, different from a person writing a regular comment on the ticket. Those are already shown a little bit differently - smaller font and no gray bar. It could be useful to have a list of all the attachments together somewhere. Or maybe like the "meta" stuff, have a filter to show only comments with attachments.
