These classes are used in discussion forums, but are very generic names and can
conflict with other CSS frameworks that use grid systems, such as Foundation.
Renaming will provide more flexibility for 3rd-party custom pages so they don't
have CSS rule conflicts (and if we want to use Foundation for a responsive
theme in the future)
