It's completed.  If you have a checkout of the main repo you should update the
remote url from https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/allura.git to
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/allura.git/  And similarly for
allura-site.git   It looks like the old url redirects to the new one so that's 
nice.
