Don't add these to sitemap if they are empty:
* /files/
* /wiki/
* /tickets/
* /mailman/
* /discussion/
* /blog/
* /news/
we can ignore these for now and go with their default behaviors.
* link
* git
* hg
* svn
* cvs
* bzr
* summary
* reviews
* support
* billboard
