FYI: forge-allura.apache.org is running latest Allura code now.
I hadn't been updating it for a while, since there were some commits that changed docker-compose.yml and Dockerfile (including py36 -> 37). But I've worked through those and its up to latest and working well.
https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/wiki/forge-allura%20hosting%20setup/ has info about how we run the site
