Hi, nice to hear from you :)
Allura has had a pretty low profile, there's honestly not that many people
interested in running their own project/repo hosting, and Gitlab and Github have
the mindshare of those that do.
That said, yes Allura supports SVN browsing in its projects! It doesn't
managing running the SVN service directly, but works alongside it, providing a
web interface.
