pastescript is on life support, but Dave has commit & admin rights to it
issues:
* from paste.script import copydir via ForgeChat, ForgeTracker tests
* paster command (without allurapaste’s warning ignoring)
* change paster serve (rarely used) to something else? gunicorn? waitress?
* pasteDeploy is ok to keep using
* .wsgi file in docs uses it too `from paste.script.util.logging_config import
fileConfig` (pretty simple actually)
can we “vendor” the bits we need, and not use pastescript as an external
package? how to bootstrap the app? investigate paste entry points
