* Show a informative message for the Add host button being disabled when no
host is available
* tool-tip gets stuck on add and remove host button after hover
* tooltip in the config groups option overrides the above option name. The
option names itself are very self-descriptive and not sure if tool tip is
required. If required we should align it on the left.
