Description:
* As of now We should the link for all tasks (attached snapshot-1)
* Clicking on the task which is queued or pending shows task detail window with
no information (attached snapshot-2)
* This ticket is intended to disable the links for all tasks that are
queued,pending, timed-out or aborted. Also remove the right arrow icon for
those task row and grey them out. (attached snapshot-3)
> HostPopup window: Only running, completed or failed task should have link to
> the task details window.
