1. Enable security. It finished with no errors but one of the Ganglia monitors
was not started.
2. Stop Ganglia monitor on all hosts
3. Start Ganglia monitor on all hosts. The tasks will finish successfuly but
some of the Ganglia monitors will not be in started state. I had to run the
Ganglia monitor start three times.
