If user attempts to delete host with last DN, TT, RS, etc, a warning area is
shown in the delete confirmation dialog. It's at the bottom of dialog, below
all the important messages.
The user must read the message and click "checkbox" to enable the ok button.
Unless the user scrolls, they will not see this message and it just appears as
if the OK is disabled for no reason.
should move this warning to top of dialog, above the important messages, so
it's visible on dialog open.
