1) edit a config
2) navigate away from config tab
3) you are prompted with a dialog.
4) Current choices are unclear.
Proposed: include \[Cancel\]\[Discard\]\[Save\] with the following operations...
- cancel leaves you on the config tab with your changes intact. gives the user
a chance to stay on the page with their changes.
- discard allows the user to browse away and lose their changes.
- save saves their changes and allows the user to browse away.
