We should support configure/install/start/stop/service_check other custom
actions supported now for the service. Example can be found here:
ambari-server/src/main/resources/stacks/HDP/2.0._ /services/HBASE/package/
Please make sure
You refactored the code, so start/stop don't do any configurations, only
executution, and maybe some post/pre execution nessaccery thing
