1) The default size of the Manage Config Groups dialog should be able to show
the rename/duplicate drop-down. Right now, by default, it causes scroll vert.
Possible easy solution: remove one row from the host list and group group list
to clear some vert space.
2) When you have the default group selected, you are not allowed to "rename"
the group, which is why the menu item is disabled and not selectable. But you
can duplicate the item. That item is selectable but in the ui, menu item shows
as disabled (should not be gray and should show cursor, not pointer).
