Uploaded AMBARI-4129_3.patch. Changed the implementation so that the namespace
is merged every time we pull the local storage data from the server. This way,
the code is simplified and easier to maintain; we don't have to remember to
explicitly call App.db.mergeStorage() from various places where it is needed as
in the original patch.
