Add ability to Install and Manage YARN Application Timeline Server.
*Assign Masters*
If YARN was selected as a service to install, "App Timeline Server" show up in
Assign Masters page. By default, Ambari will co-host it with ResourceManager,
but the user is free to change assignments.
*Customize Services*
Expose additional properties for App Timeline Server.
*Review*
Show the host assignment for App Timeline Server.
