In Add Services > Assign Masters, all the masters are shown in green. It's hard
to pick out which ones are the new masters being assigned (as we do for the HA
wizard - see attached). Also the pulldown disabled pulldown vs enabled pulldown
is very subtle (Chrome on my Mac - see the screenshot. Oozie Server is the only
one enabled). We should either make the enabled/disabled styles more distinct,
or display the disabled pulldowns (existing masters) as just static text.
