Add ability to install Tez as a new service.
h3. Install Wizard
*Select Services*
* The user will be shown that installing YARN includes installation of
MapReduce2 and Tez. The user cannot deselect MapReduce2 or Tez, if YARN is
selected.
*Customize Services*
* Add "Custom tez-site.xml" section
h3. Services > Tez
*Summary*
*Configs* - allow the user to reconfigure Tez
h3. Hosts
*Component Filter*
* Add "Tez Client"
h3. Host Details
* Display "Tez Client" in the installed clients list if it is installed
* "Add Clients" should also add "Tez Client"
h3. Admin
*Cluster*
* Show Tez package version and description
Note: for existing HDP 2.x clusters without Tez installed, installation of Tez
will be handled as part of the upgrade process.
