On the status filter on the Hosts page:
* Change the label "Maintenance" to "Out of Service" in the host filter menu.
* Change the 2nd-level bulk op menu back to "Hosts" (changing to All Components
actually no longer makes sense as the user needs to put the *hosts* in/out of
maintenance mode, not components).
General changes:
* Change the label "Passive Mode" to "Out-of-Service Mode".
