[~erinaboyd], globals should be added to global.xml in the stack definition.
It also should be add to global_properties.js if we want to make it appear with
a certain user-friendly name and/or a specific location in the configuration UI.
[~jaimin]'s new patch allows one to definite a global parameter for multiple
services (as we have done for GLUSTERFS and HDFS for hadoop_heapsize).
Previously, the first one declared was overwriting the other from being
processed (that is why hadoop_heapsize was not appearing in GLUSTERFS config
page and not being saved). Tested the patch doing cluster installs using both
HDFS and GLUSTERFS and checked the resulting configurations and they look fine.
Also verified sure that reconfiguration of services are not broken.
