Fix For: 1.5.0
* Update the labels for maintenance mode to say "Maintenance Mode" rather than
"Out-of-Service Mode", as that's what we want to call it in the UI.
* Fix an issue where saying "Decommissioning" in the action pulldown in the
Host Details page causes wrapping.
* Change the request context to say "Restart <component-name>s", rather than
"Restart <component-name>s (<service-name>)".
