This bug tracks the work of updating the remaining HDP stacks defintions for
version 1.3.x. Bug 4325 included the stacks updates for 1.3.2.
This new bug tracks moving these changes into the other 1.3.x stacks, and also
adding unit tests to verify the additions to the stack definitions.
