*STR:*
1. Install, setup and start Ambari server by default.
2. Deploy Hadoop w/o Falcon.
3. Move to "Services" page, click "Add Service" button and finish Falcon
installation.
4. Go to "Hosts" page and click "Filter" button.
*Expected result*:
Falcon Server should be in master-component list.
*Actual result:*
Falcon Server is absent.
