    Description: 
We always pick the active HBase Master as quick links target url. So if there 
is no active Master (eg. all Masters stopped or Stand By), then the message 
"hostname is undefined" show up.

The fix:
To disable the HBase quick links if no active masters existed. (see attached 
fix.png.)
Btw, when HDFS HA enabled, we also got situation where there is no Active NN, 
at that point we disabled these links. It is the same fix for this Jira.
