STR:
1. stop a service
2. Wait for alerts indicators appearing on Services Page.
Result:
Hosts alerts indicator doesn't appear on ServicesPage (within 5 min), if you
don't click 'Hosts' tab. Sometimes, a few navigations between ServicesPage and
HostsPage are required.
Same is true for alerts indicator disappearing.
