For Falcon, we need to add: hadoop.proxyuser.<falcon-username>.hosts=* and
hadoop.proxyuser.<falcon-username>.groups=<proxy-user>, where <falcon-username>
is the username for the Falcon service account (specified via the "Misc" tab in
Installer > Customize Services) and <proxy-user> is the "Proxy group for Hive,
WebHCat, and Oozie" (need to add Falcon to this label as well).
