That is actually coming in Ambari 1.5.0, planning to release sometime in the
next couple months. There would be like you say an "Add Service" button in the
UI where it allows you to add a Service from a Stack that you did install have
during cluster install. So if you didn't install Ganglia during cluster
install, you'd be able to walk thru an Add Service wizard post-install.
