During the Deploy phase of the Add Hosts Wizard, I hit the X on the top-right
corner. This showed a Hosts table with strange data (no hostnames, etc - see
screenshot).
After this, I launched Add Hosts wizard after some time (after the install
tasks were done, I believe).
Now, the wizard tries to continue from the Review step and gets stuck.
Refreshing the page, logging out, etc, doesn't help.
At this point, the user needs to go back to Step 1 of the wizard from the left
nav to clear out this weird state.
* We should add a way to Abort the wizard with a confirmation, so that it
doesn't get stuck (to clear the "persist" state and launch the wizard from Step
1 with no artifacts from the previous run).
* We can force page refresh upon closing the wizard to prevent the broken hosts
table problem.
