Put some filters in and visited a Job. Clicking on the Jobs like brought me
back to the Jobs page with the filters removed.
Also, coming to Jobs page for the first time we should show Start Time as the
default sort column.
Investigate: if the 6s refresh that cleared filter selection is fixed.
