App.YARNService currently has only {{ahsWebPort}} property. It should also have
a {{timelineServerNode}} property (just like resourceManagerNode) which is set
similar to resourceManagerNode.
This new {{timelineServerNode}} property should be used everywhere we construct
URL for ATS. I could find 2 instances (app/utils/jobs.js and
app/controllers/main/jobs_controller.js).
