<p>STR: <br/> 1. Install hadoop. <br/> 2. Enable HA. <br/> 3. Stop
StandByNameNode on host-2. <br/> 4. Start ReassignNameNode wizard for the
stopped StandByNameNode from host2 -> host3. <br/> 5. On the
ConfigureComponents page StopAllServices fails for HBaseRegionServer Stop on
host2. It required 3 retries, which were hanging for a while, to stop the
component. <br/> 6. After that the wizard was proceeded successfully till the
end without other issues. </p> <p>It looks like a duplicate of <a
class="issue-link" data-issue-key="BUG-9743"
href="https://hortonworks.jira.com/browse/BUG-9743"; title="HBase RegionServer
stop failed after HA enabled">BUG-9743</a>. </p>
