After upgrading Ambari from 1.2.5 to 1.5.0 and Stack from 1.3.2 to 2.0.10
When starting HDFS service, Datanode and SNameNode on the agent host failed to
start due to JAVA_HOME=cbin/java is missing. In ambari.properties,
java.home=/usr/jdk64/jdk1.6.0_3 after upgrade.
