With cumulative times being fixed, the vertex times are now like 1.3 seconds
etc. In the bottom-right section we show the start/end times with a resolution
of seconds. We need to increase this resolution to show milliseconds also.
So {{Thu, Mar 20, 2014 10:13:23}} should look like {{Thu, Mar 20, 2014
10:13:23.789}}.
